All drivers must present a valid driver’s license and must be of legal driving age
Drivers license : Only individuals listed on this rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
Experience: By signing this agreement, the renter affirms they have previous driving experience operating vehicles similar to the rental vehicle.

Reservations
If the chosen vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a vehicle of similar or higher category at no extra charge

Traffic Violations & Fines
The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period
Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as noted at the time of pick-up
Return Condition
The renter must return the vehicle and the equipment (helmets/top case/phone holder) in the same condition in which he rented it.
Emergency and Incident Procedures
Immediate Notification: In the event of an accident, theft, or mechanical emergency, the renter must contact Motion Rentals immediately .
Documentation: The renter should document the incident thoroughly (including photographs, police reports, and any other relevant evidence) to facilitate any necessary insurance claims and determine liability.
Key Loss
If the keys are lost and damaged, the Renter is liable to pay for replacement costs.
Restrictions
Driving your motorbike, scooter or ATV/Quad out of Corfu is not allowed.
Driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs is forbidden.
Off road driving is not allowed to any vehicle.
Additional Driver
You can add one additional driver to your rental agreement free of charge
Disputes
Any dispute not resolved between the Renter and Motion Rentals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek Courts.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance due to malfunction and defects of the vehicle is provided at no cost to the Renter. If the vehicle cannot be quickly repaired, then another vehicle may be offered to the Renter. If an alternative vehicle is not available, then the Renter will get a full refund for the entire cost of the rental.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage is included in the rental price.
Local Taxes & VAT
All local taxes and VAT are included in the rental price. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
Methods Of Payment
All payments must be made in full in cash or by card at the time of pick-up or online by any credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 h prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made less than 48h before the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable
